Maple Lot Closure - Pop up Dog Park

The Maple Street Parking Lot will be closed from 9am-7pmon Thursday, September 17th.  Any vehicles left on the lot in this timeframe will be towed at the owners expense.

Join us for Park(ing) Day as we fill the Maple Street Lot with a pop-up dog park for local pups and their people to play, hang out, and enjoy the day together!Park(ing) Day is an annual global event where artists, designers, and communities transform parking spaces into temporary parks and public spaces. This year, Depot Town Cats & Dogs is joining in by creating a place for dogs and their humans to have some fun! More than just a one-day pop-up, we hope this can be a little glimpse of what’s possible as we start a bigger conversation about bringing a permanent dog park to the City of Ypsilanti! Best part is, this is a free event! Just RSVP at the link in our bio! See you there!
