I had been looking for a specific shoe for months and had no luck until I stumbled upon Puffer Red's online. Oh, maybe adding that I'm in Houston, TX may be helpful too. Anyway, I placed my order and the next day I realized I chose the wrong size. I called and spoke with someone in customer service and they made sure to check for the size I needed, said they had it and that it was no problem. Good customer service is hard to come by but that sealed the deal for me. I will definitely be ordering again AND telling everyone I know about Puffer Red's!
