We took the classic Coney Island dishes that Detroit, Michigan is famous for and gave them a fresh, creative, plant-based spin. That means nostalgic favorites like coney dogs, burgers, chili, mac and cheese, sandwiches, soups, milkshakes, fresh baked goods, and more can be delicious AND made entirely from plants.
